RATES & POLICIES
RATES
$400 - $550 per night depending on the time of year.
$2,600 - $3,500 per week depending on time of year.
July & August: Weekly rentals only (7 nights) in peak season (Saturday to Saturday only).
September - June: 3 night minimum
PAYMENT DETAILS
- 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash, money order, certified check, or traveler's check).
- A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
- Owner accepts payments by: Personal Check (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers check - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
POLICIES
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
